At Nova Jeweller, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
- Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- A return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery
- Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or certification
- Earrings and personalized jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with:
- Order ID
- Product images or unboxing video
- Reason for return
Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
- Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. - Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error from Nova Jeweller. - Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only in case of damaged or incorrect products, subject to availability. - Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed. - Important Note
Gold, silver, and diamond prices fluctuate daily. Refunds will be processed based on the product value at the time of purchase, excluding making charges, taxes, and shipping costs, where applicable. - Contact Us
